DigiSuchi is a static index and directory site. There's no account system, no sign-up, and nothing you enter here is sent to a server for storage. This page explains exactly what that means in practice.
What we don't collect
DigiSuchi does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts of any kind, and does not have a login or account system. We don't know who's visiting, what you've searched for, or which pages you've viewed — that information is never sent anywhere.
The "My Lists" feature
The "Saved" and "Recently viewed" lists you see in the sidebar and on the My Lists page are stored using your browser's local storage, entirely on your own device. This data:
- Never leaves your browser or gets sent to any server
- Isn't synced across devices or browsers
- Is cleared if you clear your browser's site data, use private/incognito browsing, or switch browsers
- Can be cleared manually at any time from the My Lists page
Your theme preference
If you choose a light or dark theme from the settings menu, that choice is also saved in your browser's local storage, for the same reasons and with the same limits as above.
Hosting and server logs
Like virtually any website, the infrastructure that serves these pages may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and reliability purposes. DigiSuchi itself doesn't access, analyze, or use this data — it's incidental to how web hosting works, not something we've built a feature around.
Third-party links
DigiSuchi's indexes link out to external sources — Wikipedia, government websites, company websites, and similar. Once you click through, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
If DigiSuchi ever adds features that change what's described here — accounts, analytics, or anything else that involves collecting data — this page will be updated to reflect that before those features go live.
